Which devices can I use?

REELZ PLUS® is available on PC and Roku devices.

Why aren't all programs available?

Each program has different distribution rights and your favorite show or episode could be added any day.

How do I subscribe to REELZ PLUS® with my credit card?

Click on a Get Access to watch, then enter your name, email address, and select your plan.  You will be asked for a credit card number, expiration date, and security code.  Once your payment is processed you will have access to watch REELZ NOW®.

How do I cancel my paid subscription to REELZ PLUS®?

Click on a Account, My Account, My Plan, and select Cancel, your account will cancel at the end of the current paid period of your subscription.  

How do I use REELZ PLUS® with my TV Provider Subscription?

Click on a video to watch, then select your cable or satellite provider to sign in. Once you enter the login information for your cable or satellite subscription, you will be brought back to REELZ PLUS® where you can begin streaming your favorite shows or watch live TV.

Does watching REELZ PLUS® count against my mobile or home data plan?

It might. Check your data plan before you start watching REELZ PLUS® on a smart phone or wireless network. REELZ PLUS® programs transmit a lot of data and that can become expensive if you have a limited data plan. Please know that we have no way of knowing when you have exceeded your data plan. You are responsible for all of the charges made by your mobile carrier.

How much does it cost?

If using your TV Provider, Nothing. REELZ PLUS® comes with participating cable and satellite subscriptions for no extra cost.  You can also subscribe directly with REELZ PLUS® for a monthly $4.99 fee, you can cancel at any time.

Where is my cable/satellite provider? I want to watch REELZ PLUS®.

Don't see your cable or satellite provider? Contact their customer service department and ask them to add REELZ PLUS®.

Does Reelz Channel collect and store my sign in credentials?

If you subscriber without a TV Provider Account, REELZ PLUS® will save your credit card information, name, email address and password.  We capture no information if you use your TV Provider Account.

How do I obtain my TV Provider credentials or how do I reset my password?

Please contact your TV provider if you cannot sign in using your Provider ID credentials or need your password reset.
